Wave

You must send the user a Wave to show that you are interested.

Mutual match

Both parties must Wave at each other to create a mutual match.

Message each other

After both parties have Waved at each other, the match is created and users are able to chat.

Everyone on the map feature is placed in random places in downtown of each city, so no one’s location is exposed.

Who is SXISSOR for?

SXISSOR is for adults aged 18+ in the WLW community — including cis women, trans women, and non-binary people who connect within WLW spaces.

When is SXISSOR launching?

SXISSOR is launching on 7 September. Join the waitlist for launch updates and early access.

Is SXISSOR free?

SXISSOR will be free to join at launch. Optional premium features may be introduced later.

How does matching work?

Discover profiles and send a Wave when someone catches your interest. When both users Wave at each other, a mutual match is created and private messaging is unlocked.

How is location protected?

SXISSOR does not display exact live location. Location features are designed around broader-area discovery to help protect members' privacy.

How does verification work?

SXISSOR uses account verification and moderation tools to help reduce fake or misleading profiles and support a safer WLW community.

Community Guidelines

How we keep SXISSOR safe

  • Be respectful.
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, and abusive behaviour are not permitted.
  • Fake profiles and impersonation are prohibited.
  • Accounts must genuinely belong to people who are eligible to use the SXISSOR community.
  • Sexual harassment, pressure, intimidation, or threatening behaviour is not permitted.
  • Never share another person's private messages, images, or personal information without their consent.
  • Use the Block and Report tools if another member makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
  • SXISSOR may suspend or remove accounts that violate our Community Guidelines.

  • SXISSOR is available only to adults aged 18 or over.
  • Users must provide accurate account and profile information.
  • Identity or account verification may be required.
  • SXISSOR may restrict, suspend, or permanently remove accounts involved in unsafe behaviour or rule violations.
  • Users are responsible for the content they upload, send, or share through SXISSOR.
  • SXISSOR does not guarantee matches, conversations, dates, relationships, or outcomes from using the service.
  • Users can request deletion of their account and associated data through the app or by contacting SXISSOR support.
